Through my own experience as a young single mother, making mistakes and learning some powerful tools, I was able to transform my own family from a chaotic and intense environment to a respectful and loving environment.

I have been teaching the techniques that I personally used in my own family to thousands of families that I have worked with as a social worker, consultant, mediator and college instructor and families experience great transformations.
